November 25, 2020Everything looks better with a view, and your San Francisco apartment is no exception. Whether you’re looking to live in The Marina, The Mission, or somewhere in between, Trinity is proud to offer beautifully furnished or unfurnished homes with spectacular scenery across The City at favorable rates! Hop on the virtual cable car with us and take a trip around The City By The Bay as we discover all the best available apartments with views in SF.
The Marina
The trendy Marina District is well-known for its plethora of bars and restaurants along with beautiful scenery from parks and public space on The City’s northern shoreline. The Marina Cove apartments lie surrounded by Moscone Park, Fort Mason, and The Marina Green resulting in plenty of green grass, open water, iconic landmarks, and The City skyline displayed right out your window. Composed of four separate buildings, Marina Cove offers apartment homes facing each direction with options for which fantastic view you’d like to see each day. As most Marina District buildings occupy little vertical space, including Safeway across the street, finding an apartment with the perfect view is no challenge here!
North Beach
Another scenic option on the northern end of The City is the aptly named North Beach neighborhood bordering Fisherman’s Wharf, The Embarcadero, Chinatown, and Telegraph Hill. Likely San Francisco’s most popular destination for tourists, North Beach is loaded with things to do, see, eat, and drink. The best residential views in all of North Beach undoubtedly come from the private decks of Crystal Tower at 2140 Taylor Street. This lone high-rise right off Columbus and Lombard provides a straight-shot of Alcatraz, Russian Hill, and The Marin Headlands. Perched atop Telegraph Hill alongside many colorful parrots, the 350 Union apartments also boast amazing panoramic views of The City all around you. Complete with a newly furnished sundeck that makes you feel like you’re on top of the world, this ideally-situated building provides looks at the nearby Coit Tower, Transamerica Pyramid, and much more! Also nearby on Stockton Street between Pier 39 and Washington Square, the 2133 Stockton and 2130 Stockton apartments offer decks and patios with unique views of the wonderful North Beach District.
Russian Hill
The higher the elevation, the better the view! Possibly San Francisco’s steepest neighborhood, Russian Hill, is well worth the climb as this residential locale is known as one of San Francisco’s most exclusive and prettiest destinations. The 1000 Chestnut apartments couldn’t be located in a more prime location for San Francisco views as this 15-story high-rise provides some of the best in The City. While the pictures speak for themselves, it must be noted that very few other SF communities can claim 360 views of The Golden Gate Bridge, downtown skyline, Bay Bridge, Coit Tower, Alcatraz, Sutro Tower, and the surrounding Bay Area all from one building. So if you are looking for the best apartment view in San Francisco, you can literally only go down from 1000 Chestnut. Residents of the neighborhood can also be excited for the arrival of Francisco Park taking over the former grounds of the deserted Francisco Reservoir.
Pacific Heights
Russian Hill isn’t the only place to go for tremendous Golden Gate views, with 2000 Broadway offering peak Pac-Heights living and tremendous views to go with it. These studio through three-bedroom homes overlook Cow Hollow and The Marina District with the iconic bridge and headlands in the background and offer downtown-facing options in the front of the building. The top floor gym is a favorite among residents, as you’ll be able to see it all below you while working out. Another fantastic option neighboring Lafayette Park in Pacific Heights is Clay Park Tower at 1890 Clay Street. These modern studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments give unique glimpses downtown and across the bay. Additionally, 1 bedroom apartments at 2380 California face the iconic Fillmore District and nearby Alta Plaza Park.
SoMa
If you’re looking to live in the heart of The City, there is nowhere quite like Trinity Place with three (and a fourth on the way) high-rise residential towers surrounding Piazza Angelo and the spiraling Venus statue just off Market Street. The 1188 Mission, 1190 Mission, and 33 8th apartments present various city views looking in all directions near City Hall and next door to the Civic Center Transit Station. The one-acre Piazza provides excellent space for residents to enjoy some fresh air and also creates a glorious backdrop out your window. Exterior facing apartments give incredible looks at The Mission District, Sutro Tower, Oracle Park, Salesforce Tower, and beyond! Each of these high-rise towers has varying floorplans and views with studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options available across Trinity Place. The under-construction 1177 Market apartments will bring 88 one-bedroom, 402 two-bedroom, and 12 three-bedroom apartments to market during the Summer of 2021. You may have also heard the news about The City’s largest Whole Foods arriving alongside these beautiful new homes.
Civic Center
Another high-quality downtown option at an unbeatable rate is the Trinity Towers apartments at 888 O’Farrell Street. These twin high-rise homes near Polk Gulch and Union Square in the Civic Center neighborhood give an excellent vantage point downtown, towards Twin Peaks, to Oracle Park, and across the endless rooftops all around you. Living at Trinity Towers truly makes you feel like you are in the center of San Francisco with all the action right at your fingertips. Complete with a scenic fourth-floor pool deck and recently updated fitness center, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to observe your surroundings and make use of the excellent amenity space.
The Richmond
San Franciscans looking to be a little further from the activity downtown may find themselves venturing out to The Richmond District sandwiched north of Golden Gate Park and south of The Presidio. This vast region supplies colorful vistas of clear skies, beautiful parks, and vintage architecture. The beautiful homes at 6720 Fulton stare directly at Golden Gate Park across the street, with unique aspects from the building’s backside displaying the neighborhood’s sprawling hillside architecture. Within the Inner Richmond area, the 2240 Golden Gate apartments double as box seats for USF baseball games with the beautiful Max Ulrich Field, Sutro Tower, and Twin Peaks directly out your window! Additional prime Richmond District options can be found at Trinity communities along 9th avenue at 422 9th, 430 9th, and 440 9th.
Sea Cliff
Don’t forget about the ritzy Sea Cliff neighborhood known for its truly unbelievable Pacific Ocean and Golden Gate views. Positioned between Land’s End and Baker Beach, the neighborhood has a classic two-bedroom home with a private deck available at the time this was written. Act now! It will go fast, and you can check here to see if this lovely home at 281 27th Avenue is still available. Sea Cliff is also home to the 5635 Anza apartments next door to Sutro Heights, providing sweeping views across Ocean Beach.
The Castro/Mission
If you’re on a mission to find the perfect San Francisco studio or 1-bedroom apartment at a reasonable price, the 230 Dolores and 240 Dolores apartments present an opportunity for a spacious home two blocks from Mission Dolores Park. Overlooking our beautiful courtyard, Financial District, or down Dolores Street, you can daydream while people-watching whenever you like. Known for the vibrant activity in both the nearby Mission and Castro Districts, you’ll have quick access to all the bars, restaurants, and entertainment The City has to offer. However, no matter which of these stunning view properties you choose, you’ll be making an excellent choice on a quality home in a wonderful city.
